trouve la r\u00e9gion de l&rsquo;appellation <strong>d&rsquo;origine contr\u00f4l\u00e9e Binissalem<\/strong>, une g\u00e9ographie au relief doux, prot\u00e9g\u00e9e des vents froids du nord par la Serra de Tramuntana. Elle est compos\u00e9e de 13 caves r\u00e9parties sur 5 municipalit\u00e9s. Les vins les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s sont les rouges contenant au moins 30 % du c\u00e9page autochtone <strong>Mantonegro<\/strong>, qui produit des vins l\u00e9gers aux ar\u00f4mes fruit\u00e9s \u00e9voluant vers la confiture, et les blancs contenant 50 % du c\u00e9page autochtone <strong>Premsal Blanc<\/strong> (\u00e9galement connu sous le nom de <strong>Moll<\/strong>), qui produit des vins fruit\u00e9s, frais et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s. La culture de ce dernier c\u00e9page s&rsquo;est \u00e9tendue \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la p\u00e9ninsule.<\/p>\n<p>Le vin occupe une place de choix dans les f\u00eates traditionnelles de la r\u00e9gion, comme les <em>Festes des Vermar<\/em> (f\u00eate des vendanges) qui ont lieu tous les ans en septembre (il faut absolument go\u00fbter <em>les nouilles au vermar<\/em>, bien s\u00fbr, accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un verre de vin).
