This vermutería is located on Paseo Mallorca, an emblematic street that preserves part of the moat of the old Renaissance wall. An informal menu but with a lot of sparkle to taste delicious tapas and portions of Mediterranean and Spanish tradition, accompanied by a selection of wines, beers, vermouths and finish with a gin and tonic. This charming and cosy restaurant is located very close to Plaza España and is one of the most popular restaurants among the locals. Owned by Chefs María José Calabria and the Mallorcan Alberto Serrano, since 2007 they have been offering market cuisine with seasonal products and in their dishes they fuse tradition and modernity of the island and Spanish cuisine.
